Evaluation

Evaluation System In BIS, we do not evaluate students only on the basis of written exam conducted after a certain interval of time, rather we evaluate students through out the academic year. We have designed a C2 (Chapter-wise Class Evaluation) table where students are evaluated according to each chapter in every class. At the end of every week, a Weekly Review Test (WRT) is conducted. A cyclic progress report is prepared after the completion of five WRT. In addition to this, students are provided with project work to be exposed to real life experience through experimentation and practical orientation. They are also provided opportunity for group presentation which enables them to acquire other necessary skills related to team work and self development. In this way, the progress of each individual is followed and if necessary, different strategies are adopted for the best output from each student.
